What are clinic hours?
Our clinic operates from 6 PM - 10 PM on Monday - Saturday. Please call ahead for weekend availibility.
Do you accept walk-in patients or is an appointment required?
We accept both walk-in patients and appoinments. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to minimize wait times.

What should i bring to my appoinment
Please bring a valid ID and any current medications you are taking. If this is your first visit, bringing previous medical records can be helpful.
How can i refill my prescription?
You can request a prescription refill by calling our clinic or texting via whatsapp.
How do i get test results, and how long will it take?
Test results are typically available within (24-72 hours). We can notify you by call/Whatsapp.
Do you offer telemedicine consultations?
Yes, we offer telemedicine services for certain consultations. Please call our office ( +91971562002) to find out if your condition is suitable for a virtual visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an apoinment.
